Information collected
When you use the contact form, send an email or call KSCOM, the information you choose to provide may be processed, including your name, email address, organisation, enquiry and correspondence.
Please do not provide sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Purposes and legal grounds
Your data may be used to:
- receive, understand and handle your enquiry;
- respond and follow up on correspondence;
- prepare a proposal or potential business relationship where appropriate;
- manage a contractual relationship with KSCOM.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual measures requested by you, the performance of a contract, or KSCOM’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible to Kayoum Seraly. The contact form uses EmailJS as a technical service provider, together with the services used for website hosting and professional email.
EmailJS and some of its subprocessors may process data in the United States. EmailJS states that these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Read the EmailJS privacy policy.
KSCOM does not sell or rent your data and does not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Data retention
Prospect information is kept for no more than three years after the individual’s most recent contact.
Where a contractual relationship exists, necessary information is kept for its duration and then archived for applicable statutory periods, including accounting and evidential requirements.

Your rights
Subject to applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing or exercise data portability rights where applicable.
To exercise your rights, write to k.seraly@kscom.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and external services
The website does not currently use advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical information strictly necessary for security and service operation.
Links to LinkedIn and other external sites do not place third-party trackers on the KSCOM website. Once opened, the relevant external service’s rules apply.
