For more than twenty years, Kayoum Seraly held communications responsibilities within complex organisations, including leadership roles, notably at Crédit Foncier and Mutualité Française.

His career has spanned banking, real estate, insurance, mutual organisations and healthcare, working alongside executives, institutions, networks and their stakeholders.

This experience gives him a practical understanding of what really shapes organisational communication: economic and institutional priorities, internal constraints, decision-making processes, stakeholders and the ability to put plans into action.
