It's time for communication to create value!
At KSCOM, we help leaders, foundations and engaged organizations structure their communication to make it a real lever for positioning, influence and impact.
An agency that transforms communication into a value lever
Our Approach
Too often considered as an expense, communication is actually one of the most profitable investments for an organization. At KSCOM, strategic communication agency in Paris, this is our starting point: transform every action into a lever of performance and credibility, in service of development and value.
Our mission is clear: make communication a strategic engine. It must strengthen trust, create lasting relationships and support companies in their growth objectives. In a world saturated with information, where every organization has become a media, the challenge is no longer to be visible but to be audible, recognized and legitimate.
To achieve this, we have chosen a hybrid approach. We believe in the strength of fundamentals — press relations, brand strategy, editorial — which we reinvent through modern tools such as artificial intelligence, data and digital platforms. This unique combination allows us to combine rigor and creativity, strategic depth and speed of execution, while continuously measuring the impact of actions taken.
KSCOM also stands out through deliberately sober and direct support. Here, no jargon or empty discourse: we work closely with our clients, in the spirit of an integrated partner. Leaders expect concrete answers and measurable results. Our role is to advise them with rigor, relieve them in their public speaking and transform their communication into a real lever of performance and growth.
This vision is carried by the experience and background of its founder, Kayoum Seraly. Graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holder of a Master in business law and taxation from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, he has evolved for more than twenty years in demanding environments such as banking, real estate, insurance, mutual companies and law firms. This diversity nourishes responsible communication, both strategic, sensitive and performant, at the crossroads of economic, social and technological issues.

"AI generates content, but only human strategy generates meaning and trust. Our role is to create this bridge between the old and new world for tangible results."
— Kayoum Seraly, Founder of KSCOM

KSCOM: putting value back at the heart of communications in the age of information overload
In a world saturated with information, where every organisation is now a publisher, the challenge is no longer simply to be seen, but to be credible. Against this backdrop of information overload, Kayoum Seraly is launching KSCOM, a communications consultancy that places value above noise.

Useful communication isn't about the flashy stunt
In a world saturated with messages, the temptation is to create the one 'big hit'. Effective, useful, credible communication relies on something else: a structured vision and aligned messages.

Content, yes — but the content that matters
Publishing is easy. Publishing what's useful is another story. In the rush to fill an editorial calendar, some organizations push content with no guiding line.

Communication is not a cost. It's a value lever.
In a context of budget pressure, communication is often considered as superfluous spending. However, well thought out, it creates strategic, human and economic value for the organization, its audiences and its ecosystem. Here's why.

Communication in the AI era: challenges, strategies & concrete actions for professionals
Artificial intelligence is emerging as a decisive lever for communication departments. Automation of editorial management, optimization of brand strategy, efficient management of media relations: AI is revolutionizing professional practice and cross-functional collaboration modes.

Press relations vs. social networks: why media retain a legitimacy role
In an era where every company can publish on LinkedIn, launch a newsletter or speak directly to their community, some wonder if press relations still have any interest.

When silence speaks: mastering timing in your strategy
In a world of constant information flows and instant speech, the temptation is to occupy the media space at all times. Yet effective communication is not only about frequency, but also about rhythm. Sometimes, silence is more strategic than speech.

From awareness to trust: the real path to effective communication
Getting visibility is one thing. Turning that visibility into trust is another — and that’s where communication truly creates value. For your voice to serve the project, it must follow a clear path: attract, convince, prove, build loyalty.

Responsible communication: a lever for credibility and impact
In an information-saturated environment, being seen is no longer enough. Audiences expect organizations to be credible, readable and aligned with their values.

AI and communication: how to avoid the gadget effect and create value
Artificial intelligence is transforming communicators' daily work: text generation, visual creation, data analysis, planning. But the question isn't what AI can do, but how it can serve a strategy.
