    Data collected and purposes

    When you use the contact form, KSCOM collects your name, email address, company name if provided, subject, message and submission date. These data are used solely to receive, manage and reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a business relationship.

    Legal basis

    Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) EU GDPR) and, for general enquiries, KSCOM’s legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to it (Article 6(1)(f)).

    Required information and recipients

    Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your enquiry; the company field is optional. If the required information is not provided, KSCOM will not be able to reply. The data are accessible only to KSCOM and to EmailJS, the technical processor used to transmit the form.

    Retention

    Enquiries and prospect data are kept for no longer than three years from the last contact initiated by the person concerned. If a contract is entered into, the relevant data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for any further period required by law.

    Your rights

    Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing, or exercise your right to data portability. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
